The principle of the three-in-one filling machine
The empty bottle of the three-in-one unit is turned upright and then conveyed to the rinser by pulling the bottle. The rotary disc of the rinser is equipped with a bottle clamp, and the bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180 along a guide rail. °, so that the bottle mouth goes down into the rinser. In specific areas of the rinser, special nozzles spray out rinse water to rinse the inside of the bottle. After being rinsed and drained, the bottle is turned 180° along the guide rail under the clamping of the bottle clamp, so that the bottle mouth is upward. The cleaned bottles are led out by the bottle rinser and sent to the filling machine through the bottle-spinning star wheel. Bottles entering the filling machine are held by the neck pallets stuck to the mouth of the bottle. The filling adopts the backflow filling method.

The filling method is isobaric rotary filling, the filling valve is specially designed, the filling speed is fast and stable, and the efficiency is high. The sealing part is automatically fed and sealed. Improvements have been made on the basis of the three-in-one small bottled water, which integrates bottle washing, filling and sealing. It is not used for the traditional in-line filling method for large bottles. The number of operators reduces labor costs.
