Features:
1. It has large adjustment range of suitable container capacity, 1-50kg
2. The filling nozzle adopts an anti-drip device, no bubbles and no leakage.
3. It adopts weighting measurement, which make filling tolerance ≤0.2%
4. Variable speed filling, fast first and then slow to prevent liquid splashing.
5. According to different materials, different filling valves are used.

Main Structure & Working Principle:
The computerized quantitative filling machine is composed of feeding system, weighing system, bracket, pneumatic control system, and unpowered conveyor.
Feeding method: The feeding is required to be continuous and stable (using the feeding pump or the hopper to pressurize the feeding). The feeding mechanism is performed by the solenoid valve through the cylinder to perform fast and slow feeding.
Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lift submerged filling (select when ordering according to requirements)
The weighing system consists of weighing brackets, sensors, weighing platforms equipped with unpowered coveyor and rack support and filling systems.
Pneumatic control system: control fast and slow feeding valves.
The weighing platform is not allowed to be subjected to additional external force during use.
